Is there something wrong with my eyes ? Why do I see a world full of grey and black

Where are the Colors did it evaporate to fog or is there something wrong with me and my eyes

I asked a man why is my world grey and black he just spat on me left

Where am I thought

I felt a strong ray of light in my eyes

I woke up with a fright

Now I see a world full of colour ,or is it really?
